Founder & Director
Mr. Prashant Gaonkar has dedicated over two decades of his professional life to the Out-of-Home (OOH) media industry, marking himself as a seasoned expert in the field. Beginning his career at the young age of 18, he ventured into the realm of sales, showcasing his skills at renowned FMCG giants like Godrej Sara Lee and P&G. It was during this initial phase that Prashant’s interest in outdoor advertising sparked.
In 2003, Prashant made a significant career move by joining Prime Outdoors, where his relentless determination and hard work propelled him swiftly to the position of National Head – Operations in planning and buying. Throughout his impressive 18-year tenure with the company, Prashant not only led the charge in operational strategies but also played a pivotal role in fostering growth by attracting new clients and orchestrating seamless operations.
In 2021, Prashant embarked on a new venture, taking on the challenge of single-handedly managing IKAR Outdoor Advertising for three years. His ability to navigate the intricacies of the industry with finesse and his adept leadership skills ensured the agency’s continued success.
Now, with a wealth of experience under his belt, Prashant is venturing into entrepreneurship with the establishment of his own company, Prathamprasanna OOH Media Pvt. Ltd. His entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with his profound understanding of the industry, positions him as a visionary leader poised to redefine standards in the OOH media landscape.
